Business and Real Estate Law:
We advise clients on all aspects of business and real estate transactions,
including property sales, contracts, leases, options, entity selection,
corporate formations, and easements.
Technology Commercialization:
We represent technology companies, form startup to larger diversified
entities, to enhance their business opportunities and protect their
intellectual properties. We can negotiate and document licensing and
royalty agreements, and mergers and acquisitions, stock options and purchase
plans, project development agreements, and employment agreements.
Regulatory Litigation:
We vigorously represent individual and business property owners concerned
by government land use and taxation decisions. Our clients include
developers wishing to subdivide and build on their land, as well as
conservation clients, aggrieved by improper government decisions. We are
currently litigating cutting edge property rights issues involving subdivision
approval, government authority to assess various fess/taxes, takings claims
and due process claims.
